The Dutch Kitchen loves cyclists

There's an Amish-style restaurant in Plain City, Ohio ("So, how would you describe your hometown?") where cyclists are "always welcome". Sure, it's mostly because somebody started up a tradition 40 years ago of buying a cinnamon roll at the Dutch Kitchen hlafway through a popular 50-mile ride. But hey, if a business makes  a marketing ploy out of genuinely welcoming cyclists, they deserve a spot here!

The police love cyclists

So, in Denmark, an organization named SHRPA (they appear to be some kind of media campaign design company) created a campaign to get more cyclists to wear helmets. This little video was part of the campaign, as were the events depicted in the campaign (wow, postmodern, hey?).

Here's the video: http://www.fordivielskerdig.dk/

So, at least in Denmark, the police love cyclists. Yay for hugging cyclists! This video actually made me a bit teary.
